Copying Discs

CDs typically store up to 650MB of data, while DVDs can store 4.7GB or more. At Synergem, we handle making all the copies you need of your CD or DVD media using one of 2 different copying methods depending on your project’s needs:



Duplication is a process that is perfect for quick turnaround times on small run projects of up to 500 pieces. Blank discs are duplicated from a master using multi-disc towers. This process is sometimes referred to as disc burning.

Services - Replication


Replication is best suited for orders of 500 pieces or more. It is a more beneficial and cost-effective option but may require longer turnaround times. Discs are replicated by creating a special glass master and using an injection molding stamping process.
