Account Coordinator

Synergem is looking for a sharp, ambitious person to work with VP of Sales as an Account Coordinator.  You will have direct client contact (phone, email, and face-to-face) and responsibility for managing all types of communications projects (print, optical media, and electronic media).  The right candidate will be adept at multi-tasking: using their excellent oral and written communication skills to aid our customers and manage our vendors to insure that all the details of every job are executed perfectly..  The job entails aspects of print-buying, office administration and sales.   This candidate must have a real can-do attitude with a drive for success who is anxious to exceed client expectations.  This opportunity is for someone looking for a career and not just a job. You must be eager to learn, develop your skills in multiple area , grow and be challenged.  The environment is fast-paced and deadline-oriented, and will be perfect for someone who likes to stay on the move, offer great client service and develop long-term relationships with customers and vendors.  College Degree and 2 years experience is a must – no exceptions.

Project Manager

Synergem is looking for a Media Project Manager to work with clients, take orders, support sales team and build relationships. Person must be professional and eager to learn in a fast paced environment. At least three years of experience necessary. Great phone manners and computer skills a must.
